Giving Back

We at Maternology are firm believers in the concept of giving back to our community. We pledge to donate $1 from every order to one of our three favourite organisations doing great stuff locally and nationally.

Best yet, you get to decide where the donation from your order goes by making your selection in the poll at checkout. To help you decide, you can read about each incredible organisation below.

  • Soul Hub

“Soul Café was set up in 2003 to serve the needs of the poor, needy and vulnerable – a purpose we continue to pursue with energy and passion doing all that we can with what we have. Today, now known as Soul Hub, the increasing numbers of disadvantaged people in our community need our assistance more than ever. While we feed a lot of guests in our cafe, we’re also committed to being ‘more than a meal’ and deliver a wide range of help and support to everyone that comes in.”

  • Share the Dignity

“Share the Dignity works to make a real, on-the-ground difference to the lives of women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence or poverty. We distribute period products to those in need and work to achieve menstrual equity here in Australia. When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.”

  • Red Frogs

“Our programs are a direct response to our mission: to combat a culture in Australia that is largely dominated by alcohol and other substances, often leading to dangerous and life-altering behaviours for young people.

The aim of these programs is to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather, educate young people on safe partying behaviours, and promote and provide alcohol-free and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.”
