This FAQ section answers some of our commonly asked questions.

  • We recommend using these products after you are 13 weeks pregnant. If you have any pregnancy issues please discuss with your maternity care provider as to the suitability of these products for you.

  • Not at all, the ingredients in our skincare products, whilst they have been designed for pregnancy, are also fabulous into the postnatal period, and can be used by anyone who wants hydrated glowing skin.

    The perineal wash bottle is good for anyone with haemorrhoids and can used as a portable bidet.

  • We want you to receive our products exactly as we sent them, so will take care to package them well. If it is a problem caused by our packaging or packing then let us know, and send us photos, and we will send you a replacement product. We can’t be held responsible for issues caused by the carrier company, like products being have been left out in the elements or mishandled. We wold want to be informed though, so we can follow it up with them.

  • aving a midwife as a founder, we know that circumstances can change. If you no longer need the product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the circumstances, and the state of the product (must be unopened, unused and in original packaging) and we will let you know.

  • We want you to enjoy our products, so will endeavour to get all items sent as soon as possible. If there are any delays on our end we will notify you. Please notify us if your item hasn’t arrived, we will check that we had the correct shipping address and follow up with the carrier company.
